What to Do?

As a leader or in Pagan community, many problems can arise. Since many of us are isolated, either by geographical area or by belief, this section has been created.

In Leadership Dilemmas we will pose problems that you might face as a leader within your community. Some of these problems are merely hypothetical, while others are based on some real life event. Maybe you have already faced this dilemma? Please feel free to offer your advice and opinion has to how you would handle this situation should it come up OR how you handled it already. We will be posting your answers.

Please keep the following in mind:

Be complete.
This is not a discussion list, so you should write an opinion that stands on its own.

Be civil.
You may not agree with the other opinions posted. Fine. But we will not print attacks on other people -- even if they ARE chowderheads.

Include contact information.
Make sure that you include the name and the e-mail address that you would like to have published. We also hope that you might (briefly) list your experience and tradition practiced. We will not publish anonymous pieces. Stand up for what you believe!
